PS3 Minecraft: Story Mode unavailable?

Hello, I was looking to get "Minecraft: Story Mode - A Telltale Games Series - The Complete Adventure" for PS3. However, the website says the game is unavailable. Is this due to legal reasons or simply a mistake? Other unavailable games I saw state a reason.
