Xenosaga Episode 3 Disc 2 Download always fails

As the subject says, attempting to download the 2nd disc always gives me a "failed" error message at 1.39 GB. Attempting to retry the download either causes it to immediately throw out the "failed" message again, or say its completed with a total file size of 896 bytes which 7zip has errors even attempting to open.
Is this an issue with the rom in question? Or is this an issue with Firefox?
