Risky's revenge is actually dsiware, which is why it isn't featured on this site. It is somewhat tricky to emulate dsiware (at least that's been my experience) but I happen to have a working setup with Risky's revenge already installed in the nand image. I've uploaded my setup here: https://archive.org/details/dsi_20210921. You just need to download it, go to config -> emu settings and fill in all the ds and dsi files, switch the console type to dsi and then go to file -> boot firmware. If that works correctly it should boot to the dsi home screen, with Risky's revenge already installed (it's one of the first titles off-screen to the right)! Good luck!
