I have been using the IRD key and the JB folder with PS3-ISO rebuilder. This converts the JB folder game to an ISO, put the ISO into the folder on your PS3 names PS3ISO. Then use IRISman to play initialise the iso and the game will be found in Multiman.
@Hadrian II - can you just transfer the JB folder into the games folder now? Do you need to do anything else with it in order to work?

-unzip the .zip file on your computer
-install a manager such as IRISman or Multiman onto your hacked PS3
-use a manager such as IRISman or Multiman MM etc to transfer the file to the GAMES directory on hdd0
-once installed, select the game with a manager such as IRISman or Multiman, it will return you to the XMB and the game will now show up in your system menu as a fake disc game
-launch the fake disc game icon to play the game
