It shows me "Amazon Assistant," "Google Docs Offline," "Malwarebytes Browser Guard," and "McAfee Web Advisor." Those last two MIGHT have something, I'll take a look.

This depends on your browser. If you're using Google Chrome, click on the icon that looks like a jigsaw puzzle piece. That brings up an extensions menu, and you can click on your ad blocker on there (AdBlock, uBlock Origin, etc). That'll bring up the ad blocker's own menu, from where you can set it to not block adverts on this website.
