This game was only released in Japan, and that's why it wasn't here. Vimm's Lair has, until very recently, only hosted American releases. But in August, Vault 2.0 launched for the DS, and now other regions are present.
Go here, https://vimm.net/vault/DS/G and scroll to the bottom. You'll see a Filters box. Click on Edit, and check the box for Japan (and anything else you want to!), and then Gyakuten Kenji 2 will appear on the list of games available for download...

I think that AAI2 should be added to The DS Vault, I Have The eng patch but I Don't Trust Any Other Rom Site, So I Would Love To Have It Added Here
