Puyo Puyo 7 Not in the Wii vault

I've had the sudden urge to play Puyo Puyo 7 on my Wii. After looking in the Wii vault I noticed there was no download for it but there was a download for it in the ds vault. So for the past 2 weeks I've been searching the web for Puyo Puyo 7's Wii iso and I've found it! Sadly it isn't the original Japanese version as it is a fan made English dub. I was wondering how I could post this to the Wii vault or even if I can post it there since it 'technically' isn't the original game. Any answers will be appreciated!
