I keep getting Error 429 on other devices

Hello! I was downloading some Wii games on a different laptop, then I decided to download some SNES games on this laptop, and even though my laptops are not interconnected nor synced to anything at all, I got the Error 429 message telling me to wait for the exact game I was downloading on my other computer. What is going on?
