what you'v downloaded is in JB format, like all the ps3 games here.
you can convert between decrypted ISO and JB easily using a program like PS3-ISO-Rebuilder and the IRD file for your game.
FYI Redump ISO's are encrypted and cannot be used directly to play games on CFW console or emulator.
