I use BGB for both Gameboy Pocket and Gameboy Color games. Hasn't failed me yet.

BTW, I didn't reply yesterday because I have no links either to that emulator or to any ROMs. :-(

I'd recommend finding a torrent for ROMs. Don't know any active ones off the top of my head, but you can usually find something that lets you download a complete Good set. Check out the dude on the Misc board, for example.

For an emulator, I'd recommend Visual Boy Advance.
