Indeed there is a Linux version of it.
If their isn't a specific type of app store on Steam OS or other distros you are looking for in that matter you can just look at either installing or building Dolphin from the command line from either one of these two links ->

Keep in mind that if you do choose to go the app store route (basically the app (maybe pre-installed on the OS)) you might come across some unofficial packages, not bad but just be weary of that fact lol.

The steam deck's coming out in a few days and i was wondering if there was a linux version of it considering that's what the steam deck runs. It says there is a linux version when i google but there's none i could find here.
