That will be one of life's greatest mysteries my guy.
It's easy to say that Vimm's Lair hosts old systems and is a non-profit to be avoidable under Nintendo's radar, and while it is the likely scenario, it also seems baffling to me regardless because Nintendo doesn't seem to feel that way honestly to me personally.
For they have indirectly forced emuparadise to close the ROM links and probably has numerous and countless ROM Sites taken down, even if they did host older ROMS.
I guess what I'm trying to say that we may never know for sure the reason, but maybe it's better that way for preserving and archiving ROM files at large.

Do you have any idea how Nintendo hasn't taken you down? This seems really bizarre to me, just want to know what the situation is. Not complaining though, the internet deserves this website.
