Just did this process and Dolphin warns that "Some games can crash, such as Super Paper Mario and Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes"

Super Paper Mario.nkit.iso in Dolphin crashed for me after creating a save file

Could you convert the .wbfs to .iso with this:

http://www.wiibackupmanager.co.uk/home.html

then convert the .iso to a .nkit.iso with the NKit tools?
