CXBX Reloaded and Justice League Heroes

Hey there,
I've already set up CXBX Reloaded and played Batman Dark Tomorrow on it. It started up and ran with no issues.
But then I tried to play Justice League Heroes on it (which is labeled as "playable" on the official compatibility list) and I get this stupid message every time I try to start the game:
"Failed to create the new emulation process. CreateProcess
failed because: The system cannot find the file specified."
Both ISOs were downloaded from this site, and I watched the following tutorial:

to make sure I converted the games properly.
Can anyone here help me out with this? I'm at my wit's end!
