OK. It was either I had two converted games in the same folder as CXBX, or that my antivirus tried to label one of the emulator's components as malware. I'm pretty sure it was the latter.
Think you could tell us how you fixed it? If anyone came across this when trying to fix the same problem you had I think they'd love to find this with an answer.
