PAL Version of Gran Turismo 4

Hello, I would like to contribute a PAL version of Gran Turismo 4. The reason for this is there are a few version differences between the NTSC-A version and the PAL version, namely the music.
How would I be able to go about doing this? Are there any plans to archive other games various region versions?
