Oh yeah that is odd. I guess that explains the 3 remaining of the 2355 known discs that I couldn't find.

Thanks a bunch for all the uploads.

1. The logic to update CDs is still unfinished. For now I can delete the file and let you re-upload.

2. Those records have a quirk where two discs have the same title and version. For example, "House of the Dead, The (Japan)" and "House of the Dead, The (Japan) (Rev A)" both have the same version (1.003), despite being different revisions. That's awful fishy. Perhaps it's an error in Redump? Regardless, The Vault expects every title/revision to be a unique version.
I wonder, are Demo 1 and Demo 2 two demo releases, or disc 1 and 2 of the same demo? Again both have the same version (1.000)

3. The Vault links by title and version so it's in the database, but for the reason above it can't currently link to the "duplicate" entry, as they are both "House of the Dead, The" version 1.003.
