USB Loader GX. Also I disabled the "480p Pixel Fix Patch" setting for the game and it booted up fine.
I had this same issue. What are you using to launch the game? Same thing happened when I ripped my physical Just Dance 2 disc and from the .wbfs from Vimms. Turns out the ROM is fine it was a setting in USB Loader GX. You need to disable 480P fix for Just Dance 2.
