Yeah the Vaults have problems with multi-disc games sometimes and Gran Turismo 2 in particular is a bit of a mess atm but all the USA discs seem to be uploaded.
I see that Gran Turismo 2 (Simulation Mode) (Rev 1) is missing. I have it to upload, but when I click the upload link, it says it's already in the vault.
Also, when viewing with the all discs and all versions filter, the entries on the list for Gran Turismo 2 aren't working properly. They all say Simulation mode on the list, even though some of them link to the Arcade mode disc.
