"Virtual Boy" is said to be the best GBA emulator out there, but I honestly haven't tried it myself.

As for where to find GBA game ROMs, I'd recommend asking such a question in the Request Board.

i always loose my gba and its games and my friends have the same problem and im one of those pokemon fans and i have like 15 games and i cant find em so..... can someone fix my problem
