"Try checking your internet connection"

Hi,

I get the error in the subject line when I try and download anything. My internet is working fine - it's how I'm accessing the site after all. I even tested downloading a mobie elsewhere on my Wi-Fi with no problems. Is there a known fix I can do when I get this error? I am on Android using duckduckgo for what that's worth.
