That's odd.  I know for a fact that every ROM in the Vault works, otherwise I never could have taken a title screen shot.  Sure enough, I loaded up Doom in the latest SNES9x and ZSNES and it doesn't work anymore.  Perhaps I should look into that.

The problem with DOOM is that it is both interleaved and SuperFX, so it needs special care. However, A small program called NSRT can deinterleave it, making it compatible with Zsnes. I tested it out and it seemed to work out. To save you some trouble I uploaded my Deinterleaved copy of Doom to rapidshare, it should work alright. File is about 1.3 MBs. Enjoy.
