The download speed is most likely set by the hosts of the website to reduce bandwidth prices or make sure their servers don't crash after people downloading their archives.

Idk whats causing the download Speed So Slow its Showing like KB speeds which is taking too long, I check my router and speed is fine but, its this website needs little fixing up. I can't work on my Xbox if, Something needs fix.
