Occasionally disk errors occur but it's extremely rare. To spot damage I've created health checks that check the integrity of all images and archives on the server. My scan of the PS3 server shows everything's healthy.

Honestly if there was corruption of that magnitude I'd have heard of it by now.

the last several PS3 downloads I have gotten from you people have been corrupt and unusable, which is a shame since you have been the go-to for my games files. could you test on your end and see if they are corrupt on the receiving end and if it is not just me? because it would be a hassle to find somewhere else to PS3 games since other sites do not have the library you do.
