That game was planned for a North American release but it never happened so only the Japanese release titled "Gojira: Kaijuu Daikessen" is here:

I have the roms of games which are not in the vault, for example Godzilla : Destroy all monster from super famicom. There is a way for me to submit this roms to the vault page ?
