I've never done it, and the only way I've ever heard of doing it is with CWCheat, which I can't use because the memory sticks I have (Lexar) are too slow.

I was just wondering if anyone out there has had any luck converting their memory card data to the PSP. I've been playing around with Hex Workshop trying to manually convert my ePSXe saves to PSP format but no luck so far.
