It's fixed now. Standard search will require 3 letters minimum and advanced search takes anything. Know that the player count is incomplete on many systems. Most games have the default value "1", and recent additions default to "0" (displayed as "?").
I've been trying to get this too work too but no matter what I do it ends up with that exact message for me too! Did you ever figure it out?
