Did you, by any chance, put in Nkit the 1.1 versions called "(rev 1)" on this site (or any other further versions actually), instead of their vanilla counterparts...
Try putting vanilla versions instead and see if it works... I had issues with some 1.1 versions (or even 1.2) until I switch back to vanilla 1.0...
Some 1.1 dumps don't play nice with the recovery partitions...

these games could not be verified (redump) with nkit processing app and were therefore not recovered to iso:

- World Soccer Winning 11 6 FE JAP
Did i do something wrong? It worked for Eternal Darkness and TAK US....
