Probably a bug...
I checked and can confirm that when you click on one, both the entries are dimmed when you go back to the previous page... Dimmed entries being the sign on this site that a page has been consulted...
Probably a double entry in the site database... Just wait for Vimm to fix this...

in the dreamcast vault there is two copies of the us version of 'fighting force 2' they have the same hashes and everything. is there a reason for this or is it a mistake?
