Years ago I was being sent manuals faster than I could scan them and I burnt out. You'd be amazed how boring it gets after the first few hundred. Those listings represent manuals that I still have but never got to scanning, and a few dozen of them I would love to return to their rightful owners if I could track them down.
Does anybody know why there are certain manuals listed in the Manual Project, but you can't download them? Some of these have been listed for months, if not years.
