Allow donations or don't guilt me about adblock

My ad blocking is done through dns, so it's not as simple as just turning it off for one website. I would be very happy to contribute to such an important resource financially, but its really annoying getting that pop-up guilting me for having adblock. Seriously, I will donate regularly if given the option, I just am not going to screw around with my dns settings to enable ads.
