It appears to a site which leeches off of Vimm's images and server to run. I can't imagine Vimm is very happy about this. :-O

Hey Vimm, is http://www.knoxvillesummit.com/ owned by Vimm's Lair? it seems to be an exact copy of your site and the WhoIs of it doesn't seem to match what I think your name is. Just thought I'd point that out.
