When you add ROMs to MAME, you'll have to Refresh (F5) the emulator, close it, then restart it. Before all that's done, the added ROMs won't show up on your list of choices.

I'm not really into Arcade emulation, so I can't really help you set up the MAME emulator. But you can download the Wreslefest ROM from this link:

and you can download MAME32 v1.03 for Windows from this link:

Extract MAME.zip, put the WWFwfest.zip in the "ROMS" folder, load MAME32.exe, scroll down to 'WWF Wrestlefest (US Set 1)' and double click that, typle ok, press any key, the 5 key is to add a credit, the 1 key is to start player 1, Ctrl and Alt are the keys, the arrows are the arrows; Tab key lets you set controls, ESC exits the game and back to Windows.
Only arcade games I ever liked were Final Fight and The Simpsons.
