For either emulator, when you tell to load a ROM, it will open up a folder and list what NES files are in that directory. This is the folder you need to unZIP the compressed games into.

I dont know anything about the jnes. I just downloaded the FCEU ultra thingy at the top. Its pretty easy to use. Just try that one instead.
