Are you sure you're checking the correct folder on your hard drive? The ISO might be extracting to a different directory than you're expecting.
Check your software (i.e. 7zip) settings and see where files are extracted by default. You can also search for the file by name, which is a function within File Explorer, assuming you're running Windows.

Hi I recently downloaded the Dragon Quest V however, after I extract the file the ISO file is missing and I do not know what should i do. I tried to redownload but still same results.
