I just spend a lot of time downloading files and finding out ways to verify files. Even reinstalling some wrong iso's and after verifying that these new ones were actually good copies i compared them with yours and one of them matched perfectly and gave no errors but the other one missed data in the update partition according to dolphin. (Which has Redump integration)

I wouldn't put your faith into Nkit to properly fix your iso's 100% of the time.

Also Nkit 2.0? I thought 1.4 was the last one, online there is like 1 project on github with no attention and no download link so idk where you get that from.

Technically speaking WBFS is indeed lossy. The fact remains that NKit restores a WBFS file to a Redump ISO.

You might be interested to learn that NKit 2 supports lossless WBFS and CISO formats, the latter of which is used in the GameCube Vault.
