It's not your end, it's the server's end. A lot of people are usually downloading roms from this site, and the server isn't fast enough to provide everyone with full bandwidth.
Why are downloads taking so long to download i barely get over 2mb/s doing from here.. but i should be able to to 95 to 100mb/s
