Trying to remember..

System: Genesis
Hey, I was hoping someone else would remember a certain game. I perused all the genesis games, bt it doesn't help that I don't have a title. t was a genesis RPG, and ya start out in a snowy town. And when you leave the town, the monsters are like.. kobolds I think. Anyone have any idea?
