It seems that outside of the Sega CD BIOS, none of those games have been put in the Genesis section, I feel like it may be possible for all of these to be added soon, because the Master System got added after I posted this, but I don't know how long it would take for them to add it
Well, there is the matter of Kega Fusion being a, well, fusion of some of those consoles. Most of them in fact. I'm sure that a portion games from consoles other than Genesis have ended up in the Genesis Vault for this reason.
