If you're using a computer that's able to run N64 games through EmulatorJS at a decent speed, you're probably better off just using a regular standalone emulator like Mupen64 instead.
There's no way to load custom ROMs on Vimm.net, however you can go to EmulatorJS.com and copy their embed code, paste it into a local HTML file, and change the URL line to point to your own local ROM file and that should do the trick if you really want to use the same in-browser emulator as Vimm.

I mean like I want to play the rom hacks on this website because the other n64 online emulators like "N64 Wasm" play them extremely slowly
