Nevermind I was wrong all is in place.
I was trying to download Rev 2 of Mario Party 8 ( Asian/USA ).
I checked the MD5 with Dolphin and it had the MD5 of Rev 1, meaning the download for Rev 2 actually has Rev 1. If someone has Mario Party 8 ( USA/ Asia) Rev 2 aka 1.2, please fix this.
