A bug in the download script which caused all downloads to be counted towards your daily count regardless of which section of the site you downloaded from has been fixed. For example if you downloaded a manual it was counted towards your SNES ROM quota as well so you would get an erroneous quota message. Also, the download speed for off-peak hours (1am - 11am) had been increased to 10K/sec since the server is rarely full during these hours.
