Considering Wii Ware is on this site, we can assume the digital only games probably will be on here

I know that we wont be seeing Wii U and 3DS vault until we see a sequel to the switch, but will I be able to download digital exclusive games/dlc from 3ds/wii u games when we get the vaults of those systyems?
