PlayStation2 Games like Dot Hack Mutation, Zone Of Enders II, Shinobi, I keep failing to download. I was able to get Dino Stalker and Black. Both DS and Black I had to fight for, resuming the download to finish. But the first three I cannot get any progression after about 50 or so percent.

Are you having a problem with any particular download or all downloads? I am still able to access downloads perfectly fine. Maybe you're being blocked by a firewall or your ISP?
