Commandos English version dump

hi folks,
first post.
i have the English version of the Russian unlicensed game Commandos, i have the physical game, and the dumped .bin file.
someone dumped my cartridge years ago, and it was my understanding it would be made available, and shared freely.
but i just noticed there isn't a single video of it on YT, and all sources i could find list it as "undumped".
so if anyone is interested, shoot me a message and we'll sort it out.
