I just tried downloading Super Mario World as well with no trouble. I've still been messing around with things on the server and fixing problems as I find em, but as far as I know the Vault is fully functional. In fact, just last week I lifted the speed cap so all ROMs will download at full speed.
I have just downloaded and extracted "Super Star Wars: Return Of The Jedi" on Dial-up without problems. Could you name a game that failed to download for you? Thanks. :-)
