i downloaded winiso but how do i convert those 2 bin and cue files?
This is not a problem or error from Vimm's as PS1 games do use .bin and .cue formats.
You will need to convert them to .iso for your specific need.
There are some programs that do this, PowerISO and OPL are the ones I know.
