Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2

I downloaded the ps3 version of UA2 and was able to get into the game and past the first cutscene. Once the cutscene ends the screen goes black. I can still see button prompts, teammate icons, and I can move around & attack, I just can't see anything. Does anyone know if I need to make a custom config and if so, what settings do I change? I am running version 0.0.31 - 16236 of RPCS3 with an Xbox controller and the serial # for the game is BLUS30294. Any help is appreciated as I am still new to all of this
