Thank you for nearly three decades of your efforts Vimm. It's very unfortunate to see this gem of a website in the line of sight of Nintendo. Whether the site as a whole gets canned or not, if there's a way we can donate for any reason, I'd be glad to.

I received a follow-up notice today from mm-nintendo.com correcting the wording (and grammar) of the originals. Here's the new text.

I write to report that the website listed below includes links to images and downloads that infringe on copyrights owned by Nintendo of America Inc. A full list of URLs with infringing materials is below. In addition, the site displays Nintendo’s trademarks and other intellectual property (including characters) which is likely to lead to consumer confusion.
