It's a third party agency/group which sells right protection using a new AI model to automate DMCA requests and searches. As far as I can tell the current model being used as the main 'content protection' model was released near the end of last month.

It looks like a troll it's just a third party with an AI model because the attempts to regulate AI usage in rights protection failed and no one has leaked the currently used models to be reverse engineered.

There’s a lot of that happening. People claiming to represent a company and actually having nothing to do with them, issuing takedowns.
